In a breathtaking, pastoral setting, surrounded by the lush farm land of Middle Georgia, the copper-roofed wrought iron gazebo is nestled in a grove of cypress trees that evoke the beauty and grace or the beautiful Rose Garden are the perfect setting for your special day. Henderson Village can host 25 to 250 of your guests for a wedding ceremony and reception.
Pricing begins by choosing either a residential or non-residential wedding package:
- Wedding and reception must conclude by 5:00pm
- Preferred pricing on food and beverage
- Chairs for wedding will be rented and set up at $2.00 - $3.50 per chair plus delivery
- Site fee of $2000.00 if 100 guests or more, less than 100 guests site fee would be $25.00 per person
- Wedding and reception must conclude by 12 midnight
- Preferred Pricing on food and beverage
- Chairs for wedding will be rented and set up at $2.00 - $3.50 per chair plus delivery
- Must secure 20 guest rooms at preferred rate for both Friday and Saturday nights
- For the months of July and August the rate is $130.00 for a queen/king or $145.00 for a suite per room per night; all other months the rate is $145.00 for a queen/king or $160.00 for a suite per room per night. All rates include a full Village Breakfast
- Complimentary Master Suite for Bride and Groom
- No charge for site fee
- Henderson Village does not allow outside catering except for wedding cakes

- Plated Luncheon Menu begins at $18 per person
- Plated Dinner begins at $35 per person
- Buffet Station Menu begins at $35 per person
- Dinner Buffet Menu begins at $40 per person
- Special menus can be created by our talented culinary staff to meet every budget
- Deluxe Bar Brands $6.00 per drink
- Call Bar Brands $5.00 per drink
- House Wine $5.50 per glass
- Domestic Beer $3.00 per bottle
- Imported Beer $4.00 per bottle
- Soft Drinks $1.75 per drink
NOTE: All beverage pricing is based on consumption. Due to the nature of our liquor license, ALL alcohol must be purchased and served by Henderson Village. Please note that all prices are not inclusive of applicable taxes and gratuity. Please note that equipment needed for weddings above and beyond the equipment of Henderson Village (125 guests) will be ordered at an additional charge. Most of the weddings at Henderson Village are outdoors. In case of inclement weather, a tent would be necessary. We will order, set up and remove. Costs would depend on headcount.
